I'm starting to go for yoga lessons again... It was pretty rejuvernating and I think it's really healthy for me since I've not exercised for a long time... Well.. I have been feeling really tensed up recently too.. Hatha and Gentle yoga really did help me feel more relaxed by a fair bit..
